So this recently happened. Pictured below I was 15 km into the 25th running of the Paris to Ancaster
(I did the short course) bike race, an on road, off road, rail trail, mudbath extravaganza.
At that moment I still had my water bottle, marbles and a sense of direction!!! LOL.
Exercise long term, with moderate to vigorous intensity 95% of the time and go crazy by doing
something you've never done before with what's left!
